Amazing hostel experience! Clean and comfy beds, hot showers, lightning-fast wifi, and a rooftop chill out spot. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location with food stores nearby and just a short walk to Assi Ghat. One of my favorite hostels in India, wish I could stay longer! Will definitely come back.

The room at Live Free Hostel Varanasi was so cozy and welcoming! I loved the colorful walls and comfy beds. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for a beach lover like me.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the lack of beach views from the room. But hey, some people might not mind!

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing local advice and making my stay more enjoyable. The location of the hostel was great, with easy access to lively ghats, shops, and bookstores. I also appreciated the spacious and clean room, with windows that allowed for fresh air circulation. Additionally, the affordable and easy-to-use laundry facilities were a convenient amenity.
The wifi at the hotel was very poor, making it impossible to work or enjoy a staycation. This was a major drawback, especially for someone who relies on a stable internet connection.

I recently stayed at Live Free Hostel for a week during my solo trip. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe. They even helped me when I got sick and accompanied me to the hospital. The room was clean and comfortable with a great private bathroom. The environment and plantations on the premises were simple and lovely. The staff was always willing to guide me and arrange activities for the guests. an amazing experience!
Totally recommend this hotel.

As bike riders, we loved the easy accessibility to Assi Ghat and the breathtaking views of River Ganga. the staff was extremely helpful and approachable, ensuring our stay was comfortable. the hostel offered a happening vibe, and we even made new friends. the food served at the in-house restaurant was great too. a perfect 100 out of 100 experience.
Felt at ease reaching out for assistance, no complaints.
